1. Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Customized or sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be Credit within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or damage issues. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, then we can Re-deliver the replacement or exchange product within 3-4 business days.
